He has been instrumental in managing large complex engagements & sales process for outsourcing agreement, signed strategic outsourcing deals valued in excess of 500 Mn USD. Having an impeccable track record of handling mega deals in services business for Telecom sector, BFSI & Utility sectors. In his prior experience @IBM, he has demonstrated his ability to manage large complex engagements in terms of Relationship Management, P&L, base growth, Program Delivery etc. In last two decades he has worked & managed customers in various Geographies – Malaysia, UAE, KSA, Sub-Saharan African countries, Turkey, Germany, South Asia etc. He exercises socialize power instead of personalize power. His envision is often out of the box and has resulted into immense growth for the organization, high level of efficiency and innovative offerings to its customers.
