My experience spans investment banking, private equity investing and business strategy for a wide range of companies in the sector across its value chain. Over the course of my career I have closed transactions in excess of ~USD 4 billion. Select sub sectors include - data analytics, mobile, marketplaces, listings, IT services and BPO/KPO, cloud/hosting, telecom, tower infrastructure, cable and satellite, broadband and spectrum acquisitions. I have driven a wide range of strategic initiatives for very large and early stage business's in the TMT sector - ranging from growth strategy,restructuring, post merger integration and cost reduction.
