He played a key role in steering the bank through expansion from $150M to $1.3B in Assets and through unprecedented growth. Mr. Stiteley helped lead First Community through the expansion from one (1) to nine (9) banking locations while increasing margins and profitability and gaining its listing on the NASDAQ. He helped guide the company through a major merger, and currently develops strategic planning to increase profitability, mitigate risk, sustain and build operations, and inspire and lead top-performing banking teams. Glen reports directly to the CEO and Board of Directors and is highly regarded for his abilities in leading the direction of first-class banking services, protecting assets, and building shareholder value.
