Financial expertise with nonprofits both on the financing side and accounting side of the organization. I bring more than 30 years of broad based accounting and finance experience to my current organization, National Church Residences, and other nonprofits where I may participate as a board member. I believe I am very good at communicating complex financial concepts to board and management members who are not knowledgeable about such issues but need to understand the concepts for their fiduciary duties. I have a full understanding of the balance sheet and income statement interactions so investment and debt financing decisions can be fully explored and monitored and aligned to strategic plans and activities.
