Intercom is a fundamentally new way for internet businesses to communicate with customers, personally, at scale. It's a customer communication platform with a suite of integrated products for every team including sales, marketing, product, and support. Intercom's products enable communication with customers on your website, inside your web and mobile apps, by email and by Facebook Messenger.

Joined Tines in November 2022. Before that I was at Intercom for 9+ years as we scaled from 15 to 1015 employees. And before that I was a UX researcher & designer for 6 years. Here's a few things I've learned about myself along the way: * My passion is building scaled user experiences that drive product usage and revenue growth. * I love building teams and mentoring. Helping others succeed in their roles brings me great fulfilment. * I thrive when creating something from nothing. Bringing ideas to life is where the real challenges and satisfaction are. * I am hardwired to ladder all efforts to positive business outcomes. * I'm action orientated. But can sometimes jump too quickly to solutions. I work on finding the balance. * I’m slow to adopt new tools unless they instantly and obviously solve a problem. Many tools add friction. Almost all of my work can be done in Google docs/drawings/sheets. * I see great value in doing less, better. I work on saying no to great ideas. * I’m allergic to office politics.
