Intercom is a fundamentally new way for internet businesses to communicate with customers, personally, at scale. It's a customer communication platform with a suite of integrated products for every team including sales, marketing, product, and support. Intercom's products enable communication with customers on your website, inside your web and mobile apps, by email and by Facebook Messenger.

I'm the CEO and Co-Founder of Rolo, a platform that lets you privately remember and share your life with the people you love and trust. Before Rolo, I led entrepreneurial product teams at Airbnb. We launched cleaning for hosts, concierge and experience marketplace for guests, and Airbnb Neighborhoods. I also led our global photography operation, the trans-creation and content teams, and worked on broader strategy and organizational questions in a hyper-growth environment. Before Airbnb, I was the CEO and Co-Founder of NabeWise. We helped people who were moving or traveling discover which neighborhood was right for them. NabeWise expanded across 25 cities and I sold it to Airbnb in July 2012. Across my career, I’ve held positions in business development, recruiting, entrepreneurship, and product management. Through it all, I’ve realized that I’m happiest hustling to bring new ideas into the world alongside talented people. I grew up in Ann Arbor and have an English degree from the University of Michigan. I live in San Francisco with my husband and my parson russell sidekick.
