A full stack polyglot Software Engineer with 7 years experience, motivated by building innovative and creative products which spark joy for users. In my current role, I have launched several products, including our first chatbot for resolving customer conversations, Resolution Bot and most recently, the Next Gen Inbox, a performant, delightful experience for interacting with customers efficiently. A strong believer in shipping and validating solutions with users early, my strengths include breaking down and prioritising tasks, getting alignment with stakeholders and executing quickly. Outside of work, I'm a keen road cyclist and love challenging myself in endurance events.
