Hostess is one of the largest wholesale bakers and distributors of fresh-baked bread and sweet goods in the U.S.
Over 15 years experience with a wide array of supervisor skills in a diverse working environment. While performing my duties with my previous employers, I was responsible to direct and lead diverse workforces in fast paced industrial environments with focus upon safety, quality and productivity. I have experience in implementing and monitoring safety programs, as well as experience in implementing new work procedures and conducting employee work and training evaluations. I further had responsibilities to monitor the quality departments whereas I had to lead and identify issues, formulate necessary corrective actions and segregate/dispense material as required. In addition, I had daily responsibilities to assign work staff according to need and skill while maintaining and improving costs.
