The margins provided by the manufacturer are so thin and the information provided to consumers is so readily available that offering anything less than an upfront honest price would immediately place my staff in a position of lowering their integrity. The likes of Amazon has changed how consumers buy products and the idea of a traditional salesperson quoting 10 different prices to ten different customers teaches our employees skills and habits that we as consumers would never tolerate. Our integrity selling process has rewarded Bennett Chevrolet as NJ's DealerRater 'Dealer Of The Year' for the past three years straight and five of the past six years.
