Jan Harmon has a passion for providing opportunities for all employees in the design profession to develop and realize their professional dreams. Through mentoring, stretch assignments, collaboration across HOK's global network, training, and engagement with clients and the community, Jan encourages employees to take advantage of every opportunity. She enjoys setting strategy and implementing university recruiting as well as leader recruiting. She serves on the HOK Board of Directors, Management Board, HOK Diversity Advisory Council, and HOK IMPACT which fosters social responsibility. Jan is a member of the AIA HR Large Firm Round Table and has been active at the USC School of Architecture, having served on the USC Architectural Guild Board. She has chaired the Culver City Chamber of Commerce.
