With over 20 years in the design and real estate industries, Anne has exceptional skills in both client relationship management and leading multidisciplinary teams in various market sectors. Throughout each project she balances design vision, operational issues and programmatic challenges to effectively position clients and their facilities for the future. Her expertise encompasses translating client priorities, expectations and requirements into impactful, efficient and buildable design solutions. For many years, Anne has served on boards and councils for organizations such as Urban Land Institute, currently as Chair of the ULI New York Urban Development Mixed Use Council (former Co-chair of the NY Sustainable Building Council, current National: Redevelopment and Reuse Product Council), Women in Housing and Finance NY and Women Executives in Real Estate - New York. She was honored to be selected for Building Design + Construction magazine's 40 Under 40 for 2010.
