I have 15+ years of startup product experience and have a passion for complex, creative problem-solving, and building/mentoring teams. My professional experience ranges with respect to industry (from e-commerce to health insurance!) and area of focus (from mobile apps to back-end/data infrastructure). I am the former Chief Product Officer of Oscar Health, where I led technology product development. I joined Oscar before its public launch, and helped the company grow from a handful of employees to IPO stage with almost 3000 employees and a Product department of around 100. I spearheaded Oscar’s key technology investments including a modern, flexible insurance platform combined with self-service tooling that drives industry leading efficiencies; best in class user experiences for consumers, providers, and brokers; a powerful multi-channel consumer engagement platform; and an innovative virtual primary and urgent care platform. Prior to joining Oscar, I oversaw the development of software products at a variety of disruptive consumer-facing technology startups. At Seamless, I launched the highly successful consumer facing iOS apps and reinvented the order management system. At Lot18, I oversaw the end to end launch of a brand new, personalized wine tasting club that became the cornerstone product for the company.
