Kathryn is currently pursuing her MBA at UC Berkeley Haas School of Business with a focus on entrepreneurship, technology, and general management. She is passionate about connecting the dots to help companies grow with her cross-functional and analytical experiences at both startups and Fortune 500 companies. Most recently, she spent her summer at Talkdesk, a high-growth 200 person SaaS company, supporting product marketing and the company's shift upmarket. She served as Programming Lead for LAUNCH, the UCal Accelerator, working with more than 20+ teams to provide appropriate mentorship, learning, and community opportunities for the early stage companies. Kathryn served as Product Marketing & Operations Manager at EverTrue, a Boston based SaaS platform helping non-profit fundraisers better understand and engage constituents and donors. In this role, she focused on market positioning, product narrative, sales collateral and processes, and operations working across sales, customer success, product and marketing. Previously, Kathryn spent three years with Deloitte Consulting's Strategy & Operations practice. She focused on a broad range of engagements, including reporting and analytics for a financial services firm, global supply chain model for pharmaceutical transition, and brand strategy for a national non-profit. She was involved in many of the firm's non-profit initiatives, serving as Community Service Lead for Boston's Business Analyst and Consultant community and Core Planning Lead for Deloitte and United Way's Annual Non-Profit Summit.
