The firm has helped shape culture, business and society by consistently creating forward-thinking design solutions for clients and the communities they live in.
As a senior HR leader, I am known for working with everyone in an organization from C-suite to managers to entry level employees. I bring the people’s voice to the leadership table to shape the strategic agenda. Then, I roll up my sleeves and work with all groups to ensure implementation. Recognizing that strategy evolves, I have an eye for issues and an ear for attitudes, keeping the dialogue alive with senior leaders. I strive to connect employees’ understanding of how their work contributes to achieving the company’s goals. I have demonstrated this in a variety of businesses – health care, internet broadcasting, legal, financial services and public accounting – proving that “the right” human resource leadership contributes to the success of the organization. My strength is building and maintaining a company's culture, working hard to ensure values, expectations and behaviors are aligned so things get done. With this in mind, I am creative in designing HR initiatives to better serve the company and its employees. My strength is helping people and teams develop their unique skills and abilities, which when coupled with a focus on performance and growth, sets the stage for excellence. Whether it’s coaching leaders, designing and leading management training or championing wellness initiatives, I link employees’ commitments to business goals to create an energized workplace. My quest is to add value to the business every day, working to exceed expectations -- and I expect that of my team. This builds an environment that is dynamic, not bureaucratic; flexible, not formal; one where creativity, risk taking and innovation flourish. I expect fairness, collaboration, consistency and accountability and work to balance caring and compassion for people with the business' needs. As a member of the senior team, I provide strategic guidance in people, processes, and organizational structure, directly impacting the company's success.
