Results driven leader. Currently Ricardo is the Senior Director of Major Projects with Henkels & McCoy West Region Power Operations. In this capacity he is leading an organization that delivers major EPC Power Projects. Henkels & McCoy is a subsidiary of one of the largest contractors in the United States (Mastec Group). Ricardo's career has spanned many areas from renewable energy (solar/wind), gas distribution and transmission, substation/transmission/distribution power lines, civil, utility and telecommunication projects. Ricardo successfully completed in 2013 the recognized ELD (Executive Leadership Program) at Stanford Graduate School of Business (SGSB). Passionate about leadership, teamwork, mentorship and intergenerational collaboration Ricardo has also trained hundreds of people in these topics. He has also participated as speaker in PMI, Advanced Pre-Construction congresses, Stanford University and NAU.
