Starting my career as a mechanical apprentice I progressed into management working my way up to regional roles before joining the main dealer franchise network, this has given me the benefit of understanding business from all levels. Since 1994 I have enjoyed success as a regional manager and consultancy specialist working for both dealer groups and manufactures alike, this diverse range of experience has given me the opportunity to understand business from all stakeholders’points of view, B2B and B2C. BUZZING with energy and passion I'm also a hands on front line leader and a proven listener that acts quickly in order to motivate and turn underperforming teams into winning teams.
