My many years in startup and entrepreneurship readies me to adapt to innovative solutions when developing products or approaching challenging projects. My experiences have spanned many industries from product manufacturing to Food and Beverage which have prepared me to combine my technical skills, Brand/marketing skills and human focus solutions to develop rich product solutions. From Diesel engines, greeting cards to decorative hardware, my experience in managing many diverse product categories, I understand product cycle as it flows from manufacturing to packaging allowing for faster development of new product initiatives. While my technical background through years of development is in perfect unison with product development, my natural inclination for design and creative solutions showcases my marketing buff. I have successfully demonstrated my keen eye for marketing innovations in strategy, brand design, digital/social marketing, print, web design, asset development in creating Karmic Grounds from the ground up, where I envisioned and created the Brand, the brand assets and an online and social strategy to build brand integrity and loyalty. Through my many years of ground-up, hands-on experience in requirements gathering, strategy, marketing and product management I help build teams that reflect my entrepreneurship spirit and coach them to become effective flexible contributors to the overall strategy.
