Hardware Resources designs, engineers, and manufactures products for the kitchen cabinet, bath, and closet industries. With 7 warehouses located across the country, we are able to ship 99% of our orders within 24 hours and deliver direct to our customer, usually within 1-3 days.

My background has provided me with expertise in the entire spectrum of the supply chain management process – including distribution center and fleet management, shipping and receiving, load planning and project management. I enjoyed a successful career in the United States Air Force where my training and experience were dedicated to logistics and transportation. Since transitioning from the Air Force in 2016, I have been working in the TJX Distribution Center, where I lead a team of up to 36 personnel to process up to 36K units daily in support of retail stores across the nation. In the Air Force, I was a supply chain, procurement and logistics manager, overseeing up to 4 warehouses that contained inventory valued up to almost $500M. As a leader, I focus on training and motivating my teams to consistently meet customer needs and exceed expectations of quality and productivity. My training includes Green Belt education in Lean/Six Sigma concepts. I have become an expert at efficient resource allocation and streamlining processes. These improvements ensured we were able to cut costs, increase production and reduce documentation errors. I have found that through effective use of labor, supplies and budgetary funds we have been able to meet customer needs and accomplish challenging organizational goals even in the face of diminishing resources.
