My apologies to my friends and colleagues. September 30, 2020 is not my 46th anniversary at Halff Associates. I retired from Halff on Dec. 31, 2019 after a mere 45 years. From the beginning, my years at Halff were spent as a Civil Engineer, primarily a hydrologist working in the Flood Risk Management field. Having retired, my goals are to stay connected to Flood Risk Mgmt., to help people however I can and to have fun.
