Josh found his calling and true passion in Griswold Home Care. He was so excited to have the opportunity to educate EVERYONE about home care services and the real difference it can make in a love ones quality of life. Not only for your loved one, but for the family and family members that have become the Caregiver. Josh lived with his Grandparents, Nana & Bapa, for most of his youth. He would come home from school at lunch to check on his Grandparents, eat lunch with his Nana, and help them with their daily activities after school. His Grandmother had a congenital hip disorder, she was the first patient in North Dakota to have a hip replacement. And subsequently required many more surgeries over the years that restricted her to crutches her entire life. Josh watched his Aunt sacrifice her personal life to become the primary Caregiver, she worked so hard, for so many years, and was truly selfless. Between the two of them, there were just not enough hours in the day to keep Nana & Bapa safe. Eventually their needs became too much for both to handle and maintain their jobs, the choice to move Nana & Bapa into a Nursing Home was a tough one, at the time there were no other options. He feels had he known about “home care,” the need for a Nursing Home later in their lives may have not been needed as early, and their quality of life may have been so much better. He truly feels they would have lived much longer fuller lives with the assistance of Home Care. Josh is determined, because of his own experiences, to educate and advocate in Fargo and beyond for individuals to stay independent in their own home though affordable Home Care. Josh really enjoys business and is a huge supporter of Entrepreneur programs. He has spoken several times for MBA Programs, he thoroughly enjoys seeing the ambition and drive of every student he meets. Josh enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, the outdoors, and enjoying new experiences. Live, love and laugh.
