Currently scaling Gracenote's Big Data infrastructure to process and analyse tens of Billions events a day, I can rely on 18 years of technical and managerial experience designing and implementing scalable internet services and mobile solutions across different industries (mobile, tv, entertainment, finance) and companies worldwide (Vodafone, H3G, TIM, T-Mobile, Orange, KPN, TDC, Nokia, Accenture, HP, Intuit, Samsung, Gracenote…). My technical leadership was instrumental in securing contracts with most tier-one mobile operators, with broadcasters and with major companies worldwide positioning my previous company (Beeweeb) as one of the European leading suppliers of custom delivery platforms. My passion is designing and running service delivery platforms that can scale to millions of users, confirmed by a proven track record of carrier-grade deployments. ► My specialty: Transforming complex creative ideas into scalable internet products, quickly and reliably. I've been deeply involved in the following technical activities: architectural design for highly available services, carrier-grade service delivery platforms, mobile application design and development, service operations management, security planning. I'm fluent in many programming languages (Java, C, Python, Javascript, Perl, PHP, HTML5, ...). I can write specs, reverse engineer and debug code in most development languages.
