As Director of Digital Experience for Gordon Food Service, I lead the research, design, strategy, and implementation of enterprise-wide customer facing digital initiatives. My focus is on designing experiences for our customers that enable and delight them, ensuring we save them time and offer solutions that allow their businesses to flourish. With significant changes impacting food & foodservice, including the explosion of technology, the rise of new entrants, food traceability & safety and increasing costs, the industry is now at a major inflection point. I believe that foodservice is on the cusp of a revolution, particularly in the area of digital engagement. I am excited to lead the development of programs that will deliver breakthrough, integrated digital experiences tailored to the individual foodservice operator.
