As a senior IT leader with global experience, I believe relationship management should be at the core of good leadership alongside strategic decision making that improves the bottom line. I use exceptional communication to build rapport and lead with an approachable style, implementing change by being the intermediary between the c-suite and the board. Developing productive and fruitful relationships that deliver successful end results. My tech background combined with commercial acumen enables me to manage multiple teams across EMEA and implement integrated IT systems that strengthen the strategy of both the business and all stakeholders. My key skills areas are: Adaptable Leadership – Hold BCS Foundation certificate in Agile, also deliver projects in Waterfall or 'WaterScrumFall' methodologies. Cascade strategy to a trusted management team who are given autonomy to encourage professional development and progression. Strategic Decision Making and Implementation - Successfully oversee multiple areas across the EMEA and makes effective decisions that benefit the bottom line. Stakeholder management at Board Level– Exceptional comms and multicultural/global experience with ability to liaise and understand developers due to strong tech background. Salesforce Administration & Microsoft Stack – Experience with a range of software and tools. Salesforce Admin certified and Ranger status on Trailhead. Change Management and Delivery – Strong, decisive leadership and ability to implement and deliver change globally across multiple teams in multiple cultures. We got through Covid as a business, and I proudly led the team resiliently through this time using a steadfast and calm approach. As we come out the other side there is more opportunity to spend time enjoying music and flying my drone, whilst also learning to play the electric guitar.
