Gary drives the Total Customer Experience at Akritiv, and oversees the Pre-sales Consulting, Product Implementation and Support functions. He brings deep experience in the finance domain as a former Controller and has overseen Customer-to-Cash project implementations world-wide, working to ensure the customers ultimate success with their solution.Gary brings extensive experience to Akritiv – both in Services as well as Software. He was previously with Vengroff Williams and Associates, SunGard, and part of the founding teams of Aceva and eTime Capital, serving in key leadership roles in customer acquisition and advocacy - accelerating value for Global 1000 corporations and building customer relationships to greater levels of trust and commitment. Gary studied business administration and operations management at Notre Dame de Namur and Golden Gate University, and invested his early years in the finance and program management departments in High-Tech industries. He is regularly involved with industry associations in the Working Capital space, including NACM, CRF, FEI and AFP. At Akritiv he contributes to the ongoing software industry transformation from an enterprise software model to a true shared-risk SaaS business model.
