20+ years of experience, proven marketing leader with big wins throughout career. I am a passionate brand builder, marketer and change agent. As the Vice President, Marketing & Brand for GE Appliances, I lead our company’s overall marketing strategy and new house of brands (Monogram, CAFÉ, GE Profile, GE Appliances, Haier and Hotpoint). I am responsible for leading the creation and execution of marketing activities including brand, consumer/market insights, industrial design, advertising/marketing communications, merchandising, shows, pricing, promotions & agencies. As GE Appliances’ VP, Marketing & Brand, I lead a talented and diverse team that has been responsible for the recent share, draw and commitment turnaround behind the new good things, for life campaign, digital and social media leadership and strong customer partnerships. Additionally, the team introduced CAFÉ, a design-centric appliance line that is the fastest growing appliance brand on Instagram. Last year, CAFÉ introduced the Professional Collection with customizable appliances and the Modern Glass Collection. And, this year we restaged our MONOGRAM brand. We have launched our Statement collection (featured above) and Minimalist collection in 2020. Prior to GE Appliances, I spent 14 years in Procter & Gamble Beauty and her most recent role with P&G was Global Associate Brand Director – Personal Cleansing with responsibility for the Olay & Safeguard brands. My tenure included positions of increasing responsibility in brand management and marketing both in the U.S. and globally to include brands such as Herbal Essences, Nice ‘n Easy, Wella Professionals, Secret, Safeguard, Ivory and Olay Cleansing. Prior to P&G, led email marketing at target.com. I don’t move slow…nor does the speed of business today. I demand agility from myself and the team to deliver strategies, innovation and execution that result in the highest impact in the marketplace. I am known as a standout collaborator resulting in strong relationships with senior leaders, team members and global & agency partners. I care a lot about the people on my team and I try to always make work fun. I believe you have nothing if you don’t have great talent working in an environment where they can thrive.
