Building, leading, training and managing of a highly motivated and effective team delivering technical services and consulting on the effective use of Relativity for data analysis, document review and production. •Providing Relativity technical support and training to paralegals, attorneys and project teams. •Design, development, support and case management of litigation databases within Relativity and iCONECT. •Using and consulting on analytical processes to structure and organise large data sets to aid document review. •Providing efficient, structured and logical workflows for managing the review of large data sets and document disclosure. •Preparing and organising large data sets for document disclosure. •Stand as an escalation point for complex tasks and to identify solutions to our client's requests. Develops workflows, processes and QC protocols for all stages in the data operations group to ensure we operate effectively and consistently to deliver the highest standard of work product for our clients and project teams.
