Holly is the Chief Human Resources Officer at FTI Consulting and is passionate about helping people launch and build their careers. Holly has more than 18 years of experience in talent management, workforce planning, organizational design, compensation, talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations and employment branding. Her passion is great leadership. Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Holly served as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Vocus, Inc., a high growth marketing and public relations software company. In this role, Holly worked directly for the Chief Executive Officer and closely with the executive team and board of directors to develop the Company’s people strategy and led the execution of all employee initiatives including executive team recruitment, compensation and talent management. Holly began her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers (“PwC”) in 1994 after being initially recruited as a Certified Public Accountant. During her nearly 20-year tenure with PwC, Holly held various human resources roles, ultimately rising to become one of the firm’s most senior talent acquisition specialists, responsible for all of the senior talent acquisition in the U.S. and had additional international remit covering geographies such as China and the Middle East. Holly is a frequent speaker and subject matter expert on talent, recruiting, human resource management and career related topics, appearing on college campuses around the country and interviewing with numerous media to offer perspective on such issues. Some of her features include ABC News' "Job Club," and articles with FORTUNE, The Wall Street Journal, Forbes, U.S. News & World Report, CNNMoney.com, CareerBuilder, Business 2.0, The Houston Chronicle, dozens of campus newspapers and other news sources.
