Franklin Mint Federal Credit Union has provided financial products and services to its members in the greater Philadelphia region and beyond since 1970. FMFCU presently ranks tenth in asset size among Pennsylvania credit unions and remains the largest financial institution headquartered in Delaware County, Pennsylvania.

Dynamic, energetic leader, who has extensive experience in bank and credit union marketing, in both traditional and digital channels. In my current position as VP, Director of Digital Marketing for $1.5 billion+ Franklin Mint Federal Credit Union (FMFCU), it is my responsibility to develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing plan and $1.5 million budget that incorporates goals, strategies and tactics across multiple business lines and 15 branches, while supporting numerous departments and corporate initiatives. Day in and day out, my position requires expert decision-making, planning, and quick adjustments as conditions change. I am a member of the Credit Union's Executive Team, Co-Chair of the Member Experience Committee and Technology Committee, and lead project team working groups. While I operate on the executive level, I am also a hands-on person that understands and touches every marketing system including graphic design. Digital marketing experience includes: - Branding and image management - Web design (including SSL, hosting and domain registrations), extensive use of Dreamweaver, CSS, and CMS (WordPress) - All things Google, including intermediate Analytics, Business Pages, Webmaster Tools, Tag Manager - Graphic design - Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Fireworks - e-Marketing - extensive experience (19+ years) with creating, designing, and sending targeted emails - Video display selection/placement/management at retail locations including image/animation creation, storyboarding, and implementation of video displays Traditional marketing experience: - Branch Merchandising (interior and exterior signage) - Complete digital and traditional campaign management - Deployment and management of social media - Direct Mail - design, coordinate, list management, print - Public Relations and communications management Management skills: - Oversee operation and training of department staff - Vendor management - Budgeting and ROI reporting and campaign analysis Former positions at FMFCU were: - Marketing Manager - AVP, Electronic Marketing & Communications - VP, Director of Marketing
