I am a passionate business owner who has worked in Education Technology, as a Vice President of Sales, Regional Sales Manager and National Director of Technology. I want to be an integral part of creating and growing strategies and successful teams that provide my company with overwhelmingly positive, measurable results that consistently exceed goals. My passion is in hiring and developing talent as well as building teams to achieve success. I deeply respect companies and leaders who value talent retention and development strategies. I have built state-of-the-art talent development programs, sales manager leadership development experiences and sales force effectiveness strategies. I believe that there are always better ways to engage learners, develop and retain exceptional talent and build a culture that is customer-focused, values-driven and accountable. Lastly, I believe strongly in giving back, especially to the most marginalized and vulnerable. I volunteer with programs that help the homeless, Cub Scouts, youth minister programs and youth sports.
