I have been part of Flight Centre Travel Group since 2004 when I joined as an Event Manager at cievents. After a successful tenure as the Business Leader at cievents , I moved into the people development area. My focus since 2008 has been in supporting and developing our people at Flight Centre Travel Group to be the best they can be which included developing our next generation of leaders through the Flight Centre Retail Leadership Graduate Program and our internal mentoring programs. After focusing for many years on the futures of our up and coming leaders, I now have the opportunity to focus on the brighter futures of our communities in which we work, live and travel. My focuses from April 2019 will be on the Flight Centre Foundation, Worldwise (our responsible travel charter) and environmental sustainability. From December 2021 I will be working to strengthen our global committment to environmental, social and economic issues in my role as Global Sustainability Officer.
