I'm an Inventor with multiple patents in diverse areas, including Rights Controlled Communication, Multi-Window Internet Search with Webpage Preload, Internet Browser Zoom Function and recently applied for General Encryption Enhancement. I also worked as Vice President of Marketing and Business Development for 24 years with 5 companies in 4 different high tech domains – Enterprise Software, Computer Aided Engineering, Wireless Communications, and Semiconductors. Helped build substantial businesses for each company through driving product roadmaps, clear and defensible positioning, demand generation, and channel development. Brought new ideas to market including: software license optimization, single mask programmable ASICs, magnetic induction communication, system emulation, and desktop EDA. Under my watch at Flexera Software, a SAM pipeline of $200M was developed that enabled sales to beat company booking targets by 40% in FY2013. Sales grew from $13M to $100M in 5 years. Key contributor for two startups that had successful IPOs—Daisy Systems and Viewlogic Systems—and also cofounded LightSpeed Semiconductor that defined an entirely new market category in the process.
