I have been an RN for 18 years, with the last 15 years being in home care. I have worked in the field as a case manager, an RN clinical supervisor, QAPI Coordinator, and am now working in the role of Patient Care Manager. I have my home health coding certification and 2 OASIS certifications. My passion is home care, and helping educate clinicians.
