Founded in 1934 and currently in its third generation of family ownership, Firstrust is a privately-held bank with assets of $2.5 billion. Safe and Sound for more than 78 years, Firstrust is a Small Business Administration (SBA) preferred lender, and provides both retail and commercial services through its 22 banking offices located in Bucks, Burlington, Chester, Lehigh, Montgomery and Philadelphia counties. Continuing to meet the needs of its customers, Firstrust offers a wide variety of deposit products, consumer and business loan options, residential and commercial real estate mortgages and cash-management products.

Mr. Richard J. Green serves as Vice Chairman at Firstrust Savings Bank and has been its Chief Executive Officer since 1995. Mr. Green serves as Vice Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of Semperverde Holding Company. He is an executive board member for Federation Housing, Inc. He has been a limited partner in the Philadelphia Eagles, a National Football League franchise since 1994. He served as President of Firstrust Savings Bank until October 2007. He has been a Trustee at Lehigh Valley Health Network, Inc. since January 1997. He is a Trustee of the Jewish Community Centers of Greater Philadelphia and The Haverford School. Mr. Green earned his Bachelor's degree from Tufts University and his MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He also received professional degrees from The Southern Methodist School of Law and The University of Pennsylvania School of Law.
