My practice focuses on protecting innovative pharmaceuticals from conception to market and beyond. In the early stages, I assist clients by prosecuting their patent applications before the USPTO, managing their global patent portfolios, and providing strategic counseling. I protect our clients’ marketed products in district court ANDA litigation, where I’ve had key responsibilities at every phase—from initial pleadings through fact and expert discovery to motions practice and trial. My practice also extends to appellate actions before the Federal Circuit. My background in and love of organic and organometallic chemistry is a perfect fit for my pharmaceutical and chemical practice and allows me to converse and interact easily with inventors, experts, and clients alike.
