For more than 30 years, I have practiced biotechnology patent law with particular emphasis on patent litigation and licensing issues. Currently, I concentrate my practice on intellectual property litigation, particularly patent infringement litigation related to pharmaceutical, biotechnological, and chemical patents. Throughout my career, I have provided clients with advice related to a diverse spectrum of intellectual property issues, with an emphasis on biotechnology and pharmaceutical cases. I have amassed a wealth of experience in patent infringement litigation and patent interferences. I lecture on patent ligation and technology and patent protection and licensing, and I have coauthored several articles concerning drug effects on tissue culture.
