The Federal Home Loan Bank of Boston is a cooperatively owned wholesale bank for housing finance in the six New England states. Its mission is to provide highly reliable wholesale funding and liquidity to its member financial institutions in New England.

Experienced community development banker with over 20 years of experience in financing affordable housing and economic development initiatives. Overall management responsibility for the administration of the bank’s Housing and Community Investment department’s programs and staff, which includes the Affordable Housing Program, Equity Builder Program, and Community Development Advance Program. Responsible for developing and maintaining the housing and community investment programs, processes, compliance and reporting as well as effective external, internal, outreach and Advisory Council and Board working relationships. Establish and maintain effective liaison with the bank’s Advisory Council, the Federal Housing Finance Agency, local, state and federal housing agencies, and other community organizations and groups.
