As the lead of the Infrastructure and Security team at Edina Realty, I provide value through aligning business strategy and IT knowledge, to develop efficient and effective technical solutions. Known as trusted and collaborative leader and who leads by example and develops my team for success. I am results oriented with expertise in setting technology strategy and direction, driving continuous operational efficiencies, and aligning business and technology to meet strategic goals. I do what I do, because I believe that can affect change through positive collaboration and relationship building. I understand how to align the variables of a task or project to push it to completion. I am adept at dealing with problems, and communicating cause and solution with both the business and technical business units. In previous roles, I have been promoted into leadership positions overseeing software lifecycle management, end user support, project management, metrics and measurement.
