I always liked working for start-ups. Take a good idea, add unlimited commitment, consistent execution and make it happen. Starting-up is so strong, so pervasive, so great. I love the adrenaline of doing something new, being part of something big and I feel lucky for the opportunity to do this in Europe and in the USA. I met awesome people and worked with visionary entrepreneurs in Silicon Valley, like the dawn of the Salesforce.com incubator in San Mateo (CA). It changed my mind forever. Over the past years I founded IntelligenceFocus Inc. with few colleagues from the University. We successfully delivered "CommunityWatchdog", a cloud service to stop inappropriate content in online gaming communities for the largest Entertainment companies in the world serving over 4M/users per day. After that I launched "Domodomain", a US Inc. with Headquarters in San Mateo (CA), offering an automatic B2B web lead generation service. Today Domodomain serves over 25.000 businesses worldwide. My last start-up, RainbowTgx, is an innovative native advertising company, now being incubated by the Skylab group. We deliver our service in UK, Germany, and Italy and willing to expand to new geographies. As start-upper I managed all the typical situations of the start-up's life: concept, idea, biz planning, junk food, caffeine, ...and yes, I also made mistakes. It hurts, but it's the hard way of learning, in life as in business. Now, always on the run and ready to take new challenges, I share the joy of new challenges with my wife Paola and my 3 kids, Alessandro, Stéphanie and Francesco...the best projects ever.
