I am a supply chain management and innovation specialist with 8+ years of project management and change management experience in the private sector. Recognized for demonstrating a natural aptitude for spearheading organizational transformation and innovation, as well as for establishing strategic business partnerships. Professional focal points include supply chain management, change management, transformation and innovation, problem-solving, strategic planning, project management, budget management, continuous improvement, strategic partnerships, and market analysis. Currently, I am the Digital Strategy Leader – Associate Director with EY Global Services. Under my leadership, I direct digital programs to enable a $5B+ Procurement and Supplier Ecosystem Services Function. To ensure program success, I execute SWOT analyses of the global supply chain to identify functional challenges, engineer innovative strategies, as well as implement and govern solutions. In addition, I oversee cross-functional teams as well as liaise with senior leadership, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure the company’s local and global program and innovation implementation support structures are driving the business forward within optimal expenditures.
