A leader in IT Services with 23 years of experience at E&Y across various roles from strategy, engineering, and support. Key contributor of team chartered to build the IT Services original organization. Global Managing sponsor for the I&O Global Operate Model Sourcing and Location strategy. Drives and leads the Remote Support Services Organization within I&O comprised of Global Service Desk, Identity & Access Management, Security Operations, Infrastructure Management and global Shared Service Center (SSC) Operations and most recently IT Service Management. Co-led the Global End User Services Center of Excellence to achieve successes such as the Global Core Loadset by working together as a virtual team and overcame organizational barriers. By leveraging my passion for customer service combined with 23 years of experience in the “Think”, “Build” and “Operate” functions at E&Y, I have a unique ability to combine the solutions of tomorrow with the experiences of the past to create new opportunities for E&Y.
