Baljinder is the CIO and Head of Enterprise Digital Transformation at EXL Service, Inc. He has over twenty five years of global leadership in Business, Technology, Digital, Product Development and Cyber Security. Baljinder leads the strategy, client engagements and delivery of Business-Technology Solutions powered by Domain Expertise, Data based Analytical Context and Advanced Digital Technologies - delivering enhanced Customer Experience and Intelligent Business Operations. His responsibilities include driving transformational client pursuits and solutions with Intelligent Automation, Artificial Intelligence and Emerging Technologies leveraging proprietary and partnership ecosystem strategies. He manages Technology, Cyber Security and Enterprise Digital solutions and services across the industry domains of Insurance, HealthCare, Banking, F&A, Utilities, Retail and Travel. A strategic thinker with distinguished combination of business domain knowledge, advanced digital technologies expertise, cyber and risk management and consultative transformation; he partners with the clients to design think their business and drive transformational outcomes with accelerated business impact. In his roles as Global CIO-CISO and Co-Head of Product Development, he has envisioned and fostered EXL's enterprise and business-technology, cyber security landscape and managed the commercial-technology offerings through product development and platform business services. Baljinder has a bachelor in electronics engineering and holds accreditations from Kellogg School of Management and Indian School of Business. He is an active member of the Chief Digital Officer, Business Transformation, Cyber Security and CTO-CIO fraternity and an active contributor in industry initiatives.
