Elsa Ferreira is Evercore’s Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). As the CISO, Elsa is responsible for establishing and maintaining the Enterprise Information Security Program and for ensuring the availability (or resilience), and protection of Evercore’s information assets. Elsa has held multiple roles at Evercore and prior to being appointed CISO, she acted as Director of the Internal Audit and Risk Management department where she was responsible for auditing business processes, designing and assessing controls, and managing risks associated with changes in the IT and industry landscape. In addition, Elsa holds the Certified Information Systems Auditor and the Certified Fiduciary and Risk Specialist designations. Prior to joining Evercore, Elsa was a Manager at EisnerAmper. In her role at EisnerAmper, Elsa worked with a number of public and private financial and insurance organizations where she partnered with her clients to conduct operational reviews, system evaluations, and audits to ensure compliance with applicable regulatory authorities.
