Lead and manage a global IT staff of 12 over new and daily Infrastructure needs, including the overall user experience as they need to interact with IT systems. CPP is made up of a total of 20 locations in the USA, Mexico, and Europe. Our continuous goal is to have IT services work in a transparent way so that our internal and external customers have the experience of ‘it just works’, and know that when an exception happens, we’re proactively correcting it. CPP has extended its capabilities and overall availability by implementing infrastructure within Amazon Web Services GovCloud to insure 24/7/365 uptime of critical systems.
