I am a civil engineer with experience in design and construction of soil, sediment, surface water, and groundwater remediation projects; land disturbance permitting; design of solid waste management facilities; construction and compliance permitting; surface water hydrology and hydraulics; land development; and, other geoenvironmental work. I have been involved in projects throughout the United States, Europe, and Latin America and my experience ranges across the spectrum of project sizes and phases, including investigation, design, permitting, construction, and certification. I also have experience providing construction management and inspection services on a variety of remediation projects. My responsibilities include business development; project management; design; preparation of contract documents, including technical specifications, construction drawings and cost estimates; performance of a wide variety of calculations associated with remediation projects, solid waste management facilities, land development, and other geoenvironmental work; proposal preparation; and, construction oversight and inspection. I am a registered professional engineer in Maryland, Pennsylvania and Virginia.
