Hi! One of the most common questions I receive is, why marketing? Working at a printing company, I worked with marketers all of the time and the process, language, and psychology around marketing intrigued me. In 2013, I decided I was done working in printing and started on my Master's in International Marketing Management online through Boston University. It was one of the best decisions I ever made! Today, I work at Enterprise Bank & Trust as the Director, Marketing Campaigns working my way up from Marketing Coordinator. I have had the privilege to be a part of growing the marketing department from the ground up and I am proud today of what we have accomplished as a team and a company. A few of my favorite projects have been scrapping our old website and building a personalized, functional, and revenue-generating machine. Creating a project management platform and process for our department to streamline our intake, daily activities, and projects to have transparency and communication within the team. I have been able to help facilitate the merger & acquisition of three banks for the marketing department. And last but not least, as our company has grown, through my direction, we implemented a new platform for all associates to have access to all branded materials. Perhaps the best part of working at Enterprise is I have had the opportunity to learn how to manage and lead a high-funtioning demand generation team within the marketing department. My team is part of the reason I get up every morning and am excited to go to work! I look forward to learning, networking, and growing with you!
