El Camino Hospital is a healthcare organisation which specializes in cancer care, heart & vascular care, women's health, and orthopedic care.

I am currently the Vice President of Corporate and Community Health Services for El Camino Hospital and CEO of CONCERN: EAP. My experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and extensive knowledge of the healthcare industry has helped position CONCERN: EAP as a leading global provider for employee wellness services and individualized care. In addition to my executive roles at CONCERN: EAP and El Camino Hospital, I work as a motivational speaker and industry advocate for behavioral health and employee well-being. As CEO of the tech industry's leading EAP provider, I've had the opportunity to teach numerous workforce wellness classes to Silicon Valley's top ranking companies for employee job satisfaction. Dedicated to bettering the healthcare of our community, I volunteer my time by serving on multiple boards, including the Alzheimer’s Association, Mental Health Association of California, EAP Association, and the Mountain View Chamber of Commerce. As Vice President of El Camino Hospital and CEO of CONCERN: EAP, I’ve worked with local partners to give lower income populations access to free and low cost-cost mental health care programs. Improving and breaking down the financial barriers of healthcare access has been my lifelong passion. My pursuit began at The University of Southern California Santa Barbara, where I received my BA in Sociology. I went on to continue my education in bettering the mental health of individuals and local communities, earning a Master’s degree in Social Work. For ten years, I hosted a popular local television show on healthcare, granting me an influential public platform to spread mental health awareness to our community. In recognition of my work for improving employee wellness and access to mental healthcare, I received the prestigious Tribute to Women and Industry (TWIN) award, honoring women for outstanding achievements in leadership positions.
