Throughout my entire career in private practice, I have focused on the intersection of law and business. Specifically, I have counseled clients on matters involving leveraged buyouts, leveraged recapitalizations, refinancings, subordinated debt investments, preferred stock investments, asset-based lending, restructurings, and workouts. Additionally, I have formed many private investment funds, investment corporations, and small businesses. One of my areas of concentration is mezzanine finance, where I have extensive experience providing legal and business advice to mezzanine and equity firms, as well as other financial institutions. I recently joined the Chicago-based firm Schiff Hardin LLP as a partner in order to build a leading corporate transactional practice here in Dallas.
