Currently, I am the head of the Denver office of Dorsey & Whitney and the head of the Denver trial group. My practice consists of intellectual property litigation and complex commercial litigation. The IP litigation includes patent litigation, trademark disputes, copyright actions and trade secret litigation and advising. The commercial litigation most recently includes partnership disputes, securities fraud cases, breach of contract actions, fiduciary duty matters and financial institution representation.
