I am a business lawyer with over 15 years’ experience representing U.S and foreign companies in complex commercial transactions and their day-to-day business. My primary areas of focus are mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, commercial contracts and corporate governance. I also act as primary outside counsel to privately owned companies and foreign companies with regard to their U.S. operations. Prior to joining Dorsey & Whitney, I practiced law at a large Canadian law firm in Toronto, Ontario.
