Founded in 1972, Dominium is a Minneapolis-based owner, developer, and manager of apartment communities nationwide. With more than 21,000 owned and/or managed units at 208 sites in 18 states, Dominium is known for creative solutions to unique and challenging development projects, and management expertise.

As a graduate of the Point Loma University with a degree in Business Administration and a minor in Accounting, Ron began his career as an Accountant with Burnham Pacific Properties, a San Diego-based commercial property REIT. From Burnham Pacific Properties Ron continued as an Accountant for Towle Real Estate, a Minneapolis-based commercial brokerage and mortgage banking company. In 1996 Ron joined the development team of Dominium Development in Plymouth, Minnesota. From 2003 to early 2006 Ron performed in the role of Project Development Manager with Stonebridge Development and Acquisition located in Apple Valley, Minnesota. In 2006 Ron joined the Beard Group, Inc. as a Development Partner specializing in multifamily developments. In 2008 Neighborhood Development Partners was formed as a spin off of The Beard Group, Inc.March of 2011 Ron re-joined the Dominium team as a Senior Developer.Since 1996 Ron has been directly involved with new project development, financing, acquisitions, asset management, negotiating with lenders, general contractors and third party vendors, as well as working with outside legal counsel. Ron has worked to support the management of a $400,000,000 portfolio and assisted in the restructuring of $80,000,000 of Debt and $60,000,000 of equity.
